If you’re a small business owner, you know how hard it can be to find time to manage your marketing. Between running your business and taking care of your customers, there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done.
But what if we told you that there was a new way to make your content creation process simpler, so that even if you don’t have a lot of time, you can still keep up with the latest trends?
That’s where Canva comes in. If you haven’t heard of them yet, Canva is an online tool that lets users create professional-looking designs for all kinds of content: from social media graphics to flyers and newsletters. The platform has been around since 2013 and has over 30 million users worldwide.
Recently, they released a new feature called Magic Write that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to help people who are creating content on the platform write their own copy more easily—and more effectively!
Magic Write works by creating written content based on the instructions you give. When using Magic Write you want to give as many details as possible, because this will help the AI achieve better results and give you exactly what you have in mind. The less details and instructions you give the AI, the more variable the content may be.
For example:
When asked for “a poem about high school”, Magic Write gave a long, wordy poem filled with woe about high school that we are not going to bore you with. But when asked for a “short, funny poem about the hardships of high school”, Magic Write instead produced:
High school can be quite a bore
It can make you want to hit the floor
So much studying and rules galore.
It is important to note that while Magic Write is available for both the free version and the pro version of Canva, the amount of times you can use the feature will be dependent on the type of account you have. Those with a Canva Pro account will be able to use Magic Write 75 times per billing month, while those with a free account will only be able to use it 25 times in the lifetime of the account.
We swear by Canva already and with this new feature small business owners can save so much time, effort, and money!
